2. Customised Orders (Corporate & Bulk)
What kind of products do you offer?

We offer a range of handcrafted cultural products, including batik apparel, tote bags, accessories, home décor, and corporate gifts.

Do you offer custom corporate gifts?

Yes! We provide customized corporate gifting solutions, including branded batik tote bags, pouches, and apparel. Share your logo and requirements with us, and we’ll craft unique gifts tailored to your needs.

How do I request a customized order?
  • Reach out to us at heritage.bay@outlook.com with your budget, quantity, and preferred products.
  • We’ll provide a quotation and a free sample if applicable.
  • Confirm your order with a 50% deposit.
  • Production lead time is 2-3 weeks.
  • Once your order is ready, complete the final 50% payment, and we’ll ship your products!
3. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Singapore and internationally to select countries. Contact us for specific shipping inquiries.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees vary depending on your location and order size. We will provide shipping estimates before confirming your order.

How long does delivery take?
  • Singapore orders: 3-5 business days
  • International orders: 7-21 business days (depending on location)
  • Custom orders: 3-4 weeks for production, followed by standard shipping time
4. Product Care
  • Hand wash separately recommended
  • Do not use chlorine bleach, strong detergents or brighteners
  • Avoid heavy wringing and twisting of apparel
  • Hang to dry in a shady area inside-out
  • Do not tumble dry
5. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, PayNow (for Singapore orders), and international payment methods. Contact us for payment details.

Can I return or exchange an item?

As most of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
