Heritage Bay proudly ships within Singapore and to select international destinations. Our goal is to ensure your handcrafted pieces arrive safely and promptly.
For standard orders, domestic shipping within Singapore typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping requires 7-14 business days, depending on the destination. Custom orders may take an additional 2-3 weeks for production before shipping.
Shipping fees vary based on location and order size, and will be calculated at checkout or included in your quotation for bulk and corporate orders. Express shipping options are available upon request for an additional fee.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor its journey.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Our team will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
Refunds will only be issued under specific conditions, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item due to our error or if the order is lost in transit, subject to courier investigation. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible as production or shipping may have already begun.
